McDonald's in Neuburg an der Donau

Everything great.

We ordered a total of 4 apple pockets, 2 chicken burgers, 1 McFrappè, 1 iced tea and 3 McFlurry. Of these things, the McFrappè and the iced tea were just edible. The rest tasted old and weird. What a shame.

Bad Apple pocket smells like fish, tastes like salt and french fries, not warm, how is it possible to eat and be at home within 7 minutes? (See picture) tastes like anything but apple! Strawberry cake extremely small, still frozen! McFlurry, vanilla not available, strawberry tastes like water! Little salad at Chickenburger! Would like to give 0 stars! Never again!

Open until 3 p.m. 2:40 p.m. at the mc drive counter but easy to chill, really ridiculous because of working for 20 minutes, poor Germany. Greeting

Burgers were good and neatly occupied (not slapped in the box). Protective measures are very well implemented at this McDonalds. There are gloves for the ordering terminals.

They don't even manage to pack orders properly! Especially at McDrive! Bad, just bad. 👎🏻

I went to mc Donalds drive trough with my family on my birthday and we only got half but paid for the whole, I was pretty disappointed ...

Unfortunately, for the repeated time, one was glad that one could order at all. It would be nice to be able to order from someone who speaks a word of German and understands what you want.

Were there today, order was unfortunately incorrect but then corrected. What unfortunately didn't work was the ladies' room .... I backed out again ... Unclean, toilet paper was everywhere, the garbage can overflowing, sanitary napkin on the floor. That doesn't work, too bad!

Well, drinks are often cold

Parking spaces so well, but you can just park next to it in the row from the Südpark, so that's not a real problem. Orders are processed quickly and the food arrives as requested. The nuggets are sometimes too cold for me, so they've been outside for a long time and probably not that fresh. But not too bad. Hygienically okay too, only tables could be cleaned properly instead of just wiping them over with a cloth. Otherwise nothing can be said, maybe eat a few times a year and then everything will fit.

Friendly staff, the food is delicious

Burger now and then not really warm, cheese does not melt etc.! Especially on the drive, something is often forgotten to pack. An example with 40 Mc Nuggets 4 sauces instead of 6. You order cola with ice cubes and have to constantly accept a cola that does not contain ice cubes. Otherwise everything fits so far. The only thing is the long waiting times, which are a bit annoying here.

What a mess! Something is always missing from the order and still pays for it. Bankruptcy is bound to be just around the corner. "HOPEFULLY"!!!!!!!!

Hygiene is more important than ever! Since a mask is mandatory in the whole McDonald area due to Corona. Which was not initially observed everywhere. How can someone from the staff sneeze into their hands? A nogo

Since coronavirus, the quality of the food has decreased rapidly, half raw fries, half finished nuggets, and meanwhile unfriendly staff who cannot / will not talk to you I'm really disappointed as I used to like to go there and loved the pommer

An employee enjoyed fully in the hand and did not even wash her hands afterwards. After that, the appetite was over. The lady doesn't know hygiene 🤔

Nothing really for health, but it tastes great. But why don't the conditions have a face mask and gloves? Doesn't work at the moment if you serve

Does not open early enough. But very clean.
